Welcome to The Barn at Barden

Your home in the Yorkshire Dales.

A message from the team…

Hi, and thank you for visiting our website! Here at The Barn at Barden we have been, and continue to be, hands-on owners for over fifteen years. The Bunk Barn makes for the perfect setting for your time in the Dales, whether that’s for a family occasion, a base for your wedding next-door, a team-away trip or for educational visits.

It truly is a home away from home as you kick off your shoes after a long walk in the idyllic nearby countryside, sit outside with a glass in hand watching the world go by, or enjoy a delicious spread with friends and family in the large communal area.

We look forward to hopefully having you stay at the Barn soon!

Update – please read!

Based on the current government guidance, please take note that we can only accept bookings of up to six people. Price for a stay until 20th December 2020 to reflect this is now £250 for the first night and £200 for additional nights.

Our 16th-century bunk barn is situated on the site of the 12th-century Barden Tower and is in walking distance of the famous Bolton Abbey, picturesque rural villages and the breath-taking Wharfedale walking trails. A perfect base for your time in the Dales.

We take great pride in our self-catered Bunk Barn. It accommodates up to 24 people and has a homely, spacious communal space. With three outdoor areas, a mezzanine space and large breakfast bar, it is ideal for bringing everybody together comfortably.

Our promise to you is to provide clean, well-equipped accommodation for you all to take advantage of. We enjoy adding to our offering, the lighting in the picture being the latest addition! Check out our blog for latest improvements and tips for your stay…

“We have had a fantastic time, the barn has everything and is set in a magical location, the owners were always about if you needed anything, but not in your face.”
